RULES.
Basic rules of football apply for this league; however due to the nature of the game there are a few modifications:

GENERAL:
1)  Number of players: Number of players per team:  8-10, 5 on the field
2) Time Limit: 30 minutes.  If team scores 10 points prior to that time … game ends.

3)  One touchdown=one point.   
3) No kickoffs. Ball spotted on the 20 yard line (approximate) after the touchdown.
4) No punting. On the fourth down if the team does not convert, the ball is to be spotted at the end of the play and the teams should change possession.
5)  First down. There are four downs to make it to the middle, then another 4 downs to score.

6) Cleats. No cleats will be allowed. Barefoot play preferred.

7)  No hard padding.
8)  Excessive celebration is encouraged.
9)  First possession is determined by a coin toss.

10. The rules are subject to revision at any time.


Due Penalties
The team will be punished on the discretion of the umpire for any of the following:
1) clipping
2) holding
3) tripping
4) fighting
5) any kind of non-sportsman like conduct

Passing/Formation
1)  Any player may pass the ball as long as they are behind the scrimmage line.  All players are considered eligible receivers.
2) Three persons on the line, all eligible receivers.
